Elder Paxton - Sweden Stockholm Mission

Week 2 was a success.  We have continued to learn the language and we had our first TRC yesterday, which was quite scary up until we got into the room and then we just started to just talk.  The people we taught were super nice and had really cool stories, even if I couldn't understand them sometimes.  I am learning more and more every single day and the spirit here is so strong and I feel it daily.  I have continued to have a wonderful time with my companions and my district.  We have grown so close and we love spending time together.  On Friday last week we did a chocolate tasting contest to decide who out of Switzerland, Finland, and New Zealand has the best chocolate.  The Swiss chocolate won by a unanimous vote.   Hello everyone! (8/22/2019) What an amazing week it has been.  I have had a lot of good experiences!  We have been learning the language constantly for the past week and I don't think it is going to change any time soon.  It is crazy how much you feel the spirit here.  I have felt his love for me every day that I have been here. I love my companions, because I got lucky and have 2, and I love my district!  Our district is a lot bigger then I thought it would be. We have 15 Elders and 1 Sister.  We have an Elder from Finland, New Zealand, and a Sister from Switzerland. I have had a good time and love being here.   Message of the week comes from 2 Nephi 9:45 "O, my beloved brethren, turn away from your sins; shake off the achains of him that would bind you fast; come unto that God who is the brock of your salvation."
